You must be over 18 years old to use NICHIFY PRO
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date
You are responsible for the security of your account (do not share your password)
One person can only create one account
Opening an account with fake/fictitious information is prohibited

You may use NICHIFY PRO for the following purposes:

✓ Research for personal or commercial content production
✓ Content strategy development
✓ Education and learning purposes

🚫4. Prohibited Behavior

⛔ Prohibitions: The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in account deletion + legal action:

❌ Scraping or copying service data
❌ Reselling our service or sharing your account
❌ Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
❌ Attempting to harm the service (hacking, DDoS, etc.)
❌ Researching for illegal content
❌ Promoting content that infringes copyright
❌ Violating the rights of others
❌ Producing spam or malicious content
❌ Using the NICHIFY brand without permission

Lifetime Membership ($119)

One-time payment, exclusive to the first 20 users
Lifetime access (as long as the service is active)
Unlimited access to all features
Future updates free of charge

Payment System

Payments are processed through Paddle
Credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted
An invoice is automatically sent by email
Prices are automatically shown in your local currency

✅ Refund without asking any reason
✅ Refund period: 7-14 business days

📌 Info: NICHIFY PRO retrieves data through the YouTube Data API. While the data is up to date:

📊 We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by YouTube
📊 Niche scores are estimates and do not guarantee absolute success
📊 Earnings estimates are average values and are not guaranteed to materialize
📊 Data is updated every 6 hours (cache system)

⚖️8. Intellectual Property

NICHIFY PRO's all content, design, and code belong to us
It cannot be copied, distributed, or sold without permission
The NICHIFY brand, logo, and graphics are protected
Using the service does not grant you any ownership rights

🔒9. Service Continuity

NICHIFY PRO strives for the highest availability, however:

We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service
There may be short interruptions for maintenance work
We may be affected by YouTube API outages
No right to refund arises for interruptions (for Lifetime members)

⚠️10. Limitation of Liability

NICHIFY PRO does not accept liability for the following:

The success or failure of your YouTube channel
The non-materialization of earnings estimates
Problems arising from third-party services
Damages caused by the user's incorrect decisions
Copyright issues (you are responsible)
Data loss (we recommend that you make backups)

🚪11. Account Termination

By you:

You can request account deletion by email at any time
All data is deleted within 7 business days

By us:

Accounts that violate the terms may be closed without warning
In case of illegal use, the account is immediately suspended
No right to refund arises

📝12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time:

For significant changes, we provide email notification 7 days in advance
Continuing to use the service after the change date means acceptance
If you do not accept, you can delete your account

Governing Law: Laws of the Republic of Turkey
Competent Court: Istanbul Anatolian Courts
Dispute Resolution: First mediation, then litigation
